The program of providing housing to the families of martyrs and veterans of the Karabakh war continues successfully these days, when our people, under the leadership of President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, experience the endless joy and pride of the great victory of our mighty and invincible Army.

The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population provided 35 individual houses in 7 more districts (including 10 in Gabala, 8 in Sheki, 6 in Dashkasan, 5 in Lerik, 4 in Kurdamir, 1 in Oguz, 1 in Gadabay) to this category of citizens.

Vugar Behbudov, Chairman of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry, and Arif Allahverdiyev, Deputy Head of the Gabala District Executive Power, took part in the event.

It was noted at the event that in accordance with the President's instructions, a record number of martyrs and war veterans will be provided in 2020 - at least 1,500 apartments and private houses, and most of them have already been handed over to their owners.

After the 44-day war, which ended with our historic victory, President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev met with dozens of servicemen wounded in the war. In accordance with the instructions given by our Supreme Commander-in-Chief at the meeting, the Ministry will take appropriate measures to support the relatives of those killed in the Great Patriotic War, as well as to provide them with apartments and houses.
