The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has introduced a number of electronic innovations, including proactive services related to the families of martyrs and National Heroes

Today, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population presented the next electronic innovations - 4 proactive, 2 electronic, 5 e-reference services, including the families of martyrs, proactive services related to National Heroes.

Fazil Talibov, Head of the Public Relations and Communications Department of the Ministry, said that in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry is working on a plan to provide social support to the families of martyrs and war heroes. Employees of the ministry meet with the families of each martyr, wounded serviceman and missing servicemen and take measures to support them.

It was noted that the families of martyrs are assigned monthly pensions, benefits or grants of the President. Over the past week, about 1,200 family members of the martyrs have been granted pensions, benefits and the process continues. Support is provided to the above-mentioned citizens within the framework of targeted assistance, employment and self-employment programs, and psychological services.

The implementation of the ministry's e-program also focuses on the e-services for vulnerable groups and the families of martyrs. Since the beginning of last year, as the first proactive service in our country, pensions, and later many benefits and pensions have been assigned electronically. Since then, until December 1, this year, about 120,000 people have been granted pensions, benefits and pensions electronically.

Kanan Akparov, head of the ministry's e-services and innovations department, said that 4 more proactive services, 2 e-services and 5 e-reference services are provided today.

The 4 new proactive services are:

Assignment of benefits and pensions to the National Hero or family members;
Assignment of benefits and pensions to members of the martyr's family;
Provision of one-time childbirth allowance at the expense of compulsory state social insurance premiums;
Service for providing information on the death of the insured;
The 2 new e-services are:

Activation of a special account in the state social insurance system;
Electronic service for receiving an application for a change or issuance of a duplicate of the state social insurance certificate.
New 5 e-reference services:

On being a member of the National Hero family;
About being a member of the martyr's family;
On being a labor veteran;
On having an honorary title;
About adoption.
It was noted that the capabilities and functionality of the e-social internet portal are constantly expanding. As another step in this direction, the portal includes registers and references of National Heroes, their families, martyrs and their families, labor veterans, recipients of honorary titles and individual pensions, persons caring for people with group I disabilities and children with disabilities, social Registers of assistance provided by partners have also been added.

Thus, the number of e-services in the Ministry reaches 58, of which 31 are proactive, and the number of e-reference services reaches 20.
