The President amended the Decree on DOST services

Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decide:

1. Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 387 dated December 10, 2018 (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2018, № 12 (Book I), Article 2544; 2019, № 7, Articles 1213, 1233, № 12, Article 1935; 2020 , № 8, Article 1039; Decree No. 1328 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 4, 2021) to make the following changes in the “List of services provided in “DOST ” centers”:

1.1. According to sub-item 5.1.1:

1.1.1. In paragraph 3, the word "raised" should be replaced by the words "brought up";

1.1.2. Paragraph 5 should be worded as follows:

“5. to fathers who have raised 5 or more children without remarriage, to fathers who have raised 5 or more children alone until the age of eight, (due to divorce or death of mother) as well as to fathers who have adopted 5 or more children alone, as well as 5 and more to guardians who raise children under the age of eight ”;

1.2. According to sub-item 5.2.2:

1.2.1. to add paragraph 4-1 with the following content:

“4-1. allowance for an adopted child, including an adopted child under the age of 18 with disabilities;

1.2.2. Paragraphs 8 and 12 should be worded as follows:

“8. by age, including:

8.1. To women who have given birth to 5 or more children and raised them until the age of 8

8.2. to women who have brought up a child with disabilities up to 8 years old

8.3. to fathers who have raised 5 or more children without remarriage, to fathers who have raised 5 or more children alone until the age of eight, as well as to fathers who have adopted 5 or more children alone, as well as to 5 and more children, due to the death of the mother or the dissolution of the mother's marriage. more to guardians who raise children under the age of eight ”

“12. to children of conscripts ”;

1.3. Item 7.9 to state in the following edition:

“7.9. to persons with 1st degree disability for general reasons (except for persons with visual impairment) ”;

1.4. to add items 7.9-1 and 7.14 with the following content:

“7.9-1. to persons with 1st degree visual impairment for general reasons ”

“7.14. to persons who have worked in scientific institutions and organizations or educational institutions for at least 25 years, have a scientific degree, are not employed, and are entitled to a labor pension at the main place of work where the relevant employment record is registered ”.

2. Paragraph 2.2 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated April 15, 2019 No. 641 "On the establishment of the pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to war veterans" (Collection of Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2019, № 4, Article 641) morbidity, occupational injury and occupational disease during service, due to being in the zone of military operations, due to the liquidation of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the words "Group I" to be replaced by the words "review".
