Mobile services will be provided in the single coordination centers through the "Call Center" and in mobile form

The single coordination centers to be established by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev dated June 25, 2021 will provide direct (on-site) services to members of martyrs' families, war-wounded servicemen and people with disabilities, as well as mobile services through the Call Center.

According to the Rules approved by the decree, they can get information about labor, employment, social protection, medical and social examination, rehabilitation, treatment, examination, other types of services, required documents through the "Call Center" without visiting the Center via the Internet or telephone, can take turns and make suggestions on the activities of the Center. Requests for service through the Call Center will be registered to assess the quality of service.

Those who are unable to come to the centers due to their limited health status will be provided with mobile services in accordance with the center's work schedule at their place of residence or stay. At the end of each working day, based on the applications received by the Center, the schedule of mobile service for the next working day will be prepared and approved, and the employees who will provide mobile service will be determined.

As a rule, applications for mobile services are made by calling the Call Center. At the request of the person, the operator of the "Call Center" explains the main conditions for the provision of relevant services (execution period, the documents required with reference to regulations), learns whether the person has the necessary documents.
