Today, the 500,000th appeal of citizens was registered in the DOST centers of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.

Elmir Bayramli, a resident of Baku's Binagadi district, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, appealed to the Unified Coordination Center at the Baku DOST Center No. 4 to receive applications for the issuance of the name and card of a war veteran.

Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, stressed that the main principle of the Agency's activity is to organize public social services to the satisfaction of citizens in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev. Initiated by First Vice President, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, the DOST concept has provided 152 types of services in the fields of labor, employment, disability and social security through a "single window", fully transparent, efficient, in accordance with the principles of citizen comfort and satisfaction.

Congratulating the 500,000th citizen, Mammadov presented him with a letter of thanks and symbolic gifts on behalf of the Agency. E.Bayramli expressed satisfaction with the services provided at the DOST Center and thanked the state social services for the "one-stop shop", efficient and transparent organization.
