Participants of the international conference "Social Reforms in the CIS: Trends, Potential and Solutions" visited the DOST Agency. Chairman of the Board of the Agency Farid Mammadov informed the guests about the DOST Concept. He noted that the DOST centers provide labor and employment, social security, targeted state social assistance, disability and rehabilitation, pensions, social insurance, social welfare, training and more. 156 types of services are provided. These services are provided through a "single window" based on the principle of promptness, transparency and courtesy, civic convenience. Farid Mammadov said that 17 DOST centers and 55 DOST branches will be launched in the country by 2025, which will cover the entire territory of Azerbaijan.
Afterwards, the guests watched the process of providing services to citizens at the Baku DOST Center No. 1 and got acquainted with the services provided. Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Agency for Sustainable and Operational Social Provision (DOST) Seymur Aliyev briefed the guests on the working principle of the center and service units.
The working principle of DOST Agency and DOST centers caused great interest of the guests. Numerous questions were answered.
