TURKPA representatives got acquainted with the DOST Center

Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic Speaking States (TURKPA) visited DOST Center No. 4. The guests received information about the services provided at the center.

Ruslan Mirzaliyev, Counsellor to the Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency, informed the guests about the working principle of the center, service units and the activities of the "Call Center 142". It was noted that labor and employment, social security, targeted state social assistance, disability and rehabilitation, pensions, social insurance, social welfare, etc. are provided in the DOST centers. 154 types of services are provided. These services are provided through a "single window" based on the principle of promptness, transparency and courtesy, civic convenience.

Ruslan Mirzaliyev said that on July 25, 2021, by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the Unified Coordinating Centers (CCCs) were established for the families of martyrs, servicemen wounded in the war and persons with disabilities, and the number of appeals has exceeded 110,000. It was noted that 17 DOST centers and 55 DOST branches will be launched in the country by 2025.

The guests watched the process of serving citizens at the center. The meeting continued in the atmosphere of mutual discussion and exchange of views.
