More than 262,000 people were served in DOST centers

Between January and May of this year, 262,581 people were served in the centers of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of population.

Since May 2019, 5 DOST centers have been opened in our country, and in the past period, these centers provided services to 913,736 citizens. Citizens' satisfaction with the services was over 98 percent.

In the last 5 months, the Call Center 142 answered 674,092 calls.

Last month, the first Smart DOST station in the country was put into operation in Agali village of Zangilan region. Here, citizens will be able to use more than 100 online services in the field of labor, employment, social protection and social security in a transparent, convenient and accessible way.

This year, DOST Agency has been awarded 5 international prizes, including the European Social Network's European Social Services Award, and DOST Centers have been assessed as an advanced reform in the EU Business Environment Report 2021.

This year, the agency was awarded ISO certificates in 4 areas by the world-renowned LRQA certification organization (UK).
