The 4-year activity of DOST Agency was discussed

The DOST concept is an important component of the reform program announced by President Ilham Aliyev in 2018.

This was stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev at the meeting dedicated to the discussion of the 4-year activity of the DOST Agency.

It was reported that the activities of DOST Agency, which was the initiative of First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, were successful during the past period.

Noting that more than one million citizens' requests are served in DOST centers, the minister emphasized that the level of satisfaction with these services is 98.1%.

S. Babayev said that the network of DOST centers is expanding year by year, so far 5 DOST centers covering Baku city and Absheron region have been put to the use of citizens. Stating that the implementation of the DOST concept has begun in the territories freed from occupation, the minister noted that the first "Smart DOST" station has already been put into use in Agalı village of Zangila. In this direction, "Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur" drew attention to the implementation of the DOST program.

The minister said that DOST conception is highly appreciated at the international level, the Agency has been awarded international awards and ISO certificates.
