Preparations are being made for the opening of DOST centers in our regions

"Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh DOST program" has already started: the first "Smart DOST" service point was opened in Agali village of Zangilan in May of this year with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. The design work of Shusha DOST branch is already completed. Our territories freed from occupation will be fully covered by DOST services under that program.

This was announced at the board meeting held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. The Chairman of the Board, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev emphasized that in accordance with the order of President Ilham Aliyev, the organization of services to the population according to citizen satisfaction, the expansion of DOST services infrastructure throughout the country, and the work of electronicization of services are being continued.

It was noted that since May 2019, 5 DOST centers have been opened in Baku city and Absheron region. 1 million 50 thousand citizens, including 360 thousand citizens benefited from DOST services in 7 months of this year, and citizen satisfaction with these services was 98.7 percent this year. Another DOST center will be opened in Baku in the coming months. Also, preparations are being made for the opening of "DOST" centers in Barda, Guba, Ganja, Sumgayit, Sabirabad, Masalli and other regions. In general, by 2025, 17 regional DOST centers, DOST branches in 55 regions, and "Smart DOST" service points are planned to be opened in individual regions.
