The delegation headed by Inga Balnanosiene, director of the Employment Service under the Ministry of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania, visited Baku DOST Center No. 1.
A bilateral meeting was held between the Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov and representatives of the Lithuanian Employment Service. A broad presentation of the DOST concept was shown at the meeting. It was noted that DOST centers provide citizens with 154 types of services on labor and employment, social security, disability, pension, social insurance, etc. through "single window" system. It was brought to attention that DOST services will cover the entire territory of Azerbaijan by 2025.
During the meeting, the parties discussed possible cooperation prospects.
Deputy Chairman of the Board of DOST Agency Seymur Aliyev showed the center to the guests and gave general information about the DOST model. Lithuanian representatives watched the service process provided at Baku DOST Center No. 1.
It should be noted that the visit of the Lithuanian delegation took place within the framework of the Action Plan signed in January of this year with the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
