The Ambassador of Hungary to Azerbaijan visited the DOST Agency

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Hungary to Azerbaijan Tamas Jojef Torman and trade ambassador Ruslana Dunas Varga visited DOST Agency. Farid Mammadov, the chairman of the agency's management board, informed the guests about the activities of the agency he leads. It was emphasized that the DOST concept created conditions for the provision of public social services in our country from a "one-stop shop", fully transparent, operative, based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.

Farid Mammadov introduced the guests to the activities of the DOST Center, the service units here, the process of providing services, and the single coordination center in the center. It was reported that 5 DOST centers have been opened since May 2019.

"During this period, a total of 1.2 million people applied to DOST centers. Citizens' satisfaction level with DOST services is 98.2 percent. The centers provide 153 services in the fields of social protection and social security, medical and social expertise and rehabilitation, social insurance, labor and employment" it is presented from one window", Farid Mammadov added.

Farid Mammadov informed the guests about his visit to Hungary on March 21-22 this year. He said that during the meetings at the Ministry of Innovations of Hungary, as well as the Ministry of Human Resources, during the visit to enterprises operating in the social field, the exchange of experience was discussed between the DOST Agency and the relevant institutions of Hungary, and there was a wide exchange of ideas on issues of bilateral interest.
