Salaries were increased in a number of organizations financed from the state budget

With the new Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, the monthly salaries of managers and other employees working in a number of organizations financed from the state budget have been increased by an average of 15 percent since January 1, 2023.

It belongs to those organizations:

  • Presidium and Office of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Office of Ganja branch;
  • Heydar Aliyev Center;
  • "Azerbaijan National Encyclopedia" Scientific Center;
  • Ataturk Center in Azerbaijan;
  • State archives of the Republic of Azerbaijan and their branches, district (city) state archives;
  • The permanent working group of the State Commission for Combating Drug Addiction and Illegal Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
  • Baku International Center for Multiculturalism;
  • Office of the Agrarian Innovation Center of the Ministry of Agriculture;
  • Financial Science and Education Center under the Ministry of Finance;
  • Scientific-Methodical and Specialization Center for Culture of the Ministry of Culture;
  • State Film Fund of the Ministry of Culture;
  • "Genocide memorial complex" in Guba under the Ministry of Culture;
  • Office of the National Aerospace Agency of the Ministry of Defense Industry;
  • Forensic Medical Expertise and Pathological Anatomy Union and Forensic Psychiatric Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health;
  • National Culinary Center of the State Tourism Agency;
  • Fund for Propagation of Moral Values under the State Committee for Work with Religious Institutions;
  • Centralized accounting under executive authorities.

In general, additional 750 million manat funds are planned for new increases in social payments under the new social reform package this year. Those increases cover 1.9 million citizens.
