The co-chairmen of the Joint Commission discussed the bilateral cooperation agenda of Azerbaijan and Hungary

Sahil Babayev, co-chairman of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Hungary, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and Peter Siyarto, co-chairman of the Commission from Hungary, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, had a meeting in video format.

S. Babayev noted that the relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary are constantly expanding, that the "Joint Declaration on strategic partnership between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Hungary" adopted by the heads of state of the two countries allows for the development of relations and raising the level of strategic partnership.

The successful activity of Hungarian companies in Azerbaijan was noted, satisfaction was expressed that Hungarian companies showed interest in participating in the large construction works carried out in our territories freed from the occupation of Armenia.

P. Siyarto expressed his confidence that his country's relations with Azerbaijan are constantly developing successfully on the basis of friendly relations and strategic partnership, and that these relations will continue to expand in the coming period.

The agenda of bilateral cooperation between the two countries was discussed at the meeting. Future directions of economic cooperation, continuation and further expansion of cooperation in the field of energy, increasing the volume of bilateral and transit cargo flow, agriculture, education, information technologies, etc. ideas were exchanged on future cooperation in the fields.
