Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev held a meeting with the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition

Sahil Babayev, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, member of the "Yukselish" Organizing Committee, met with the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition. Farah Aliyeva, head of the Department of Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religious Affairs of the Presidential Administration, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the "Yukselish" competition, Farhad Hajiyev, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Head of the Working Group of the "Yukselish" competition also participated in the meeting.

Minister Sahil Babayev met the winners of the second "Yukselish" competition, congratulated them on their achievements and wished them success in their future activities. He gave information about the future development goals of our country in the fields of labor, employment, social protection and informed the winners about the work done in this direction. Also, the minister gave examples and recommendations to the winners from his personal and professional management experience.

In the continuation of the meeting, Minister Sahil Babayev noted that he is interested in the implementation of the mentoring program. The Minister answered the questions of the winners, invited the winners of the "Yukselish" competition to the DOST agency, and offered to familiarize themselves with digital development. Finally, the involvement of the winners of the "Yukselis" contest in certain issues in order to contribute to the development of the state in the future was discussed.

Farhad Hajiyev, the head of the working group of the "Yukselish" competition, thanked Sahil Babayev for his participation and said that such meetings will be held regularly in the future.

It should be noted that the dates of the registration stage of the third "Yukselish" competition and information about the registration process will be shared with the public shortly.

The "Yukselish" competition was established by the decree signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019 in order to identify and support promising executives with high intellectual level and management skills and to establish a personnel reserve bank in the country. On the 20th of last month, the decree was signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev regarding the holding of the next "Yukselish" competition in 2023.
