Improvement of legislative acts in the direction of prevention of informal employment was discussed

The next meeting of the Working Group on Legislation and Management established under the Labor Relations Regulation and Coordination Commission was held.

Representatives of the ministries of labor and social protection of the population, economy, justice, finance, emergency situations, the State Statistics Committee, the State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations and the Confederation of Azerbaijan Trade Unions participated in the meeting.

The head of the working group, the deputy minister of labor and social protection of the population, Anar Aliyev noted the work carried out in recent years in the field of prevention of informal employment in our country and the positive results achieved. In accordance with the task given at the meeting of the Labor Relations Regulation and Coordination Commission held on February 22 of this year, he drew attention to the issues related to the improvement of legislative acts to prevent informal employment and the tasks ahead in this field.

The representative of the Labor Relations Monitoring Center of the State Agency for Service to Citizens and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan made a presentation on the direction of conducting analyzes through the Analytical Monitoring system regarding the regulation of informal labor relations.

In the meeting, improvement of legislative acts in the direction of prevention of informal employment, new projects prepared were discussed.
