With the opening of Baku DOST Center No. 5 in December of last year, the capital and Absheron region are already fully covered by DOST services. It is planned to create 11 new Regional DOST Centers, as well as 55 DOST branches and SMART DOST stations in 2023-2026. This was announced at the next meeting of the Supervisory Board of DOST Agency.
The Chairman of the Council, the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev pointed out that the DOST Agency and 6 DOST centers were opened in May 2019 by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, and the work on the construction of the Regional DOST infrastructure was continued. He emphasized that the DOST concept, which was the initiative of the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, enables the provision of 154 services in social fields from a single window, on an operative, transparent, modern and innovative basis.
In the last period of this year, about 165,000 citizens were served in DOST Centers, in total, more than 1,434,000 citizens were served, and the level of citizen satisfaction with these services was 98.5 percent.
