The international conference “DOST 2023: A Single Platform for Providing Flexible, Innovative and Sustainable Services” was held

After the official ceremony, the conference continued with plenary sessions. The first meeting was held on the topic of management models in the concept of a single platform. The discussion, moderated by the head of the international relations department of the State Social Protection Fund Elshad Khanalibeyli, was attended by the Deputy Minister of Social Protection and Labor of Lithuania Justina Jakštienė, the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency Farid Mamedov, the Assistant Minister of Family Welfare and Demography of Serbia Sandra Grujičić and the Secretary of the National Coordination Council for Sustainable Development Huseyn Huseynov.

The second plenary session was devoted to the topic of coordination and communication within the framework of the concept of a single platform. The meeting was moderated by Fuad Allahverdiyev, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Azertelecom LLC. During the discussion, the speakers were the head of the department of social insurance and control of labor relations of the Central Office of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Nigar Vahabzade, the Eurasian coordinator of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) Dmitry Karasev (Switzerland), the executive director of AMCHAM Azerbaijan Gulnara Aslanbeyli and the employment specialist of İŞKUR Employment Agency (Turkey) Hakan Ozer.

After the plenary sessions, the first day of the conference ended.

The second day of the conference continued with panel discussions. The first panel discussion was devoted to the topic of integrating services into a single platform concept and ensuring accessibility. On this topic, moderated by the head of B.E.S.T Solutions company Yana Krimpen, a very interesting discussion was held, in which First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of SMB Natig Hasanov, Chief Consultant of the Department of Labor and Social Security of the University of Bergen in Norway Tore Hansen, Director of the DOST Digital Innovation Center Kanan Akparov and UN University Research Coordinator Mrs. Soumaya Ben Dhaou (Portugal).

The second panel discussion, was devoted to assessment tools for ensuring the quality of services. The panel discussion was moderated by the director of the Baku DOST Center No. 5, Ruslan Mirzaliyev. The speakers were the director of the Center for Health and Welfare Information Systems of Estonia Margus Arm, the Chairman of the Board of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Elnur Safarli, the head of the department of strategic planning, data management and analysis of the DOST Agency Shahin Zulfugarov, as well as the deputy head of the management department projects and technological solutions of “ASAN Service” Aygun Gurbanli.

The last, third panel discussion of the conference was devoted to the topic: “HR policy as an important tool for the organizational development of a single platform.” The discussion, moderated by the Deputy Head of the State Labor Inspectorate Narmin Mirzayeva, was attended by the Chairman of the European Social Network Christian Fillet (Belgium), the head of the training and development department of the SOCAR head office Tural Mammadov, senior expert on the labor market Dr. Mag.Manuela Hargassner Delpos (Austria) and HR Manager of Azercosmos Tural Gumbatov. During the panel discussion, speakers exchanged a wide range of ideas about innovations applied in the field of human resources, the needs of modern work environments in organizations and innovations.

Thus, the two-day international conference successfully completed its work. Very interesting, serious scientific research, results and problems were revealed in speeches presented both in plenary sessions and panel discussions.
