Latvian delegation at DOST center

The delegation from the Republic of Latvia visited Baku DOST Center No. 1. The visit of foreign guests to our country took place within the framework of the "Action Plan" signed between the State Employment Agency of Azerbaijan and the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Welfare of the Republic of Latvia. Kristine Stasane and Ervins Abele, deputy directors of the Latvian State Employment Agency, and Pavels Belisovs, director of the Employment Department, took part in the event.

After getting acquainted with Baku DOST Center No. 1, the guests met with the management team of DOST Agency. They were shown a presentation on the DOST concept. It was noted that DOST centers provided services to about 1.8 million citizens in the past period. The guests were informed about the international success of the DOST concept.

The delegation of Latvia expressed their satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations and emphasized the importance of expanding cooperation in the process of reforms in the social sphere.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on cooperation in the social field.
