Minister Sahil Babayev received citizens in Mingachevir city

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Sahil Babayev received residents of Mingachevir city and Yevlakh district.

Before the reception, Sahil Babayev and the head of the executive power of Mingachevir city Ilham Ismailov visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev.
