From December 1, an outpatient rehabilitation center - "RehaPoint" of the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population - will begin operating at the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Barda.
The center will provide the services of physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychologist and speech therapist on an outpatient basis to people with disabilities living in the region, as well as provide the necessary means of rehabilitation.
The goal is to increase the accessibility and satisfaction of citizens with rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities in the regions, ensure the continuity of the results achieved in the rehabilitation process, and strengthen the rehabilitation infrastructure in the regions.
It is planned to expand the infrastructure of the “RehaPoint” outpatient rehabilitation center in the newly created regional DOST centers.
