A meeting of the Board of DOST Agency was held

The next meeting of the Board of DOST Agency was held. The issues on the Agency's agenda were discussed at the meeting held in online format.

The deputy head of the legal department of the agency, Aidan Salifova, approved the charters of the departments “Organization of events and corporate secretary” and “Operational and administrative support of DOST centers”, and the new edition of the charters of the departments of finance and accounting, strategic planning, data management and analysis, and internal control and audit  were also submitted for approval to the Board of Directors.

The head of the service monitoring division of the DOST services department, Natig Gachaev, made a report on the procedure for providing mobile services by DOST centers and approving the procedure for providing services and accepting applications through “Smart DOST” stations.

The head of the operational department of “DOST Call Center 142”, Gumru Khabullahova presented for discussion to the Board of Directors regulatory documents on receiving and answering incoming calls, as well as social communication and feedback of “DOST Call Center 142” LLC.

Referent of the DOST Services Department, Shabnam Mirzaliyeva  presented a meaningful report on the results of the activities of the DOST centers in November 2023.

In conclusion, Chairman of the Board Farid Mammadov expressed his opinion on the topics discussed and gave relevant tasks in this direction.
