The next meeting of the Board of DOST Agency was held. The issues on the Agency's agenda were discussed at the meeting held in online format.

A presentation on "Quality management - Action plan for 2024" was made at the meeting. Also "Management of incoming documents and applications", "Regulation of internship activities", "Investigation of complaints and applications that cannot be answered directly" and "Analytical analysis and accountability" procedures of "DOST Call Center 142" LLC. procedures were presented to the Board of Directors for approval.

At the meeting, a report on the financial and economic activities of the DOST Agency was heard.
