A meeting with the Belarusian delegation was held at the DOST Agency

Officials of the Republic of Belarus visited the DOST agency. The delegation, headed by First Deputy Minister of Justice Natalya Filippova, included the head of the Service and Reengineering Agency of the Republic of Belarus Sergei Chernyshev and the deputy director of the National Center for Electronic Services Denis Zhukov.

First, they got acquainted with the services provided to the population at the Baku DOST Center No. 1. The delegation was informed about the activities and operating principles of the DOST centers. It was noted that 159 services in the social sphere are provided in the centers promptly, transparently, according to the convenience and satisfaction of citizens on the “single window” principle.

Next, the chairman of the agency's board, Farid Mamedov, made a presentation. The presentation touched upon such points as the date of creation of the Agency, the path of its development, the adopted model, support from the state, etc. It was emphasized that in the near future the implementation of the DOST model will begin in the Republic of Moldova, the exchange of experience with Uzbekistan and our readiness to cooperate with the Republic of Belarus.

It is worth noting that the meeting took place as part of the visit of the management of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus to our country. The goal is to study the experience of providing public services in Azerbaijan and the application of digitalization in this area.
