Activities are being carried out towards the opening of the DOST Center in Nakhchivan

Work continues to expand the network of DOST centers across the country. Thus, in accordance with the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, work is being carried out to ensure that our citizens living in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic can use the services of DOST. Soon it is planned to open a new center there.

Work is underway to form a personnel reserve for the DOST Center, which will operate on the territory of the Autonomous Republic, and to train them. Several employees of the State Social Protection Fund, operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, were sent to the capital Baku to undergo training at DOST centers. They have been distributed among DOST centers. Employees were informed about the service process, values and principles in the centers and were involved in training as part of the developed program.

The staff met with the leadership of DOST Services Department. During the meeting, views were exchanged on the experience gained and questions of interest were answered. Information was presented on the innovations that the DOST concept has brought to the system of government social services. It was brought to attention that these innovations make it possible to provide 159 services in the social sphere according to the “single window” principle, transparently, flexibly and in accordance with the satisfaction of citizens.
