DOST Call Center 142 Limited Liability Company, a subsidiary of the Sustainable and Operational Social Provision (DOST) Agency, was established by Resolution No. 2 of the Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency dated 21 July 2023.
The 142 Call Center serves to receive and promptly respond to, or refer to the relevant authorities for further action, citizens' requests for information, inquiries, and complaints related to all areas of activity of the Ministry. These include social protection, disability assessment, medical and social assessment and rehabilitation, employment services, compliance with labour legislation in workplaces, as well as the use of electronic services in these areas.
