General information about the program
"TAP" is an inclusive development program implemented by the DOST Agency in cooperation with local and international partners. It aims to develop the knowledge and skills of young people with disabilities in line with the requirements of the modern labour market, helping them to unlock their personal and professional potential.
Based on the principles of social justice and equality, "TAP" creates an inclusive environment for participants, accelerates their integration into society, and supports their active participation in the labour market.

Within the "TAP" framework, mentoring and coaching support is provided to help unlock the potential of young people with disabilities. The activities carried out within "TAP" focus on developing participants’ teamwork, effective communication, leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Young people with disabilities are involved in joint projects and advisory groups implemented within the “DOST TAP” network, gaining social engagement and active participation in community life.
How should the application be completed?

- Age range: 18–29 years
- Selection criteria: Candidates should be motivated, show interest in personal development, and be able to participate in both online and in-person trainings and meetings.
