General information about the program
"TAP" is an inclusive development program implemented by the DOST Agency in cooperation with local and international partners. It aims to develop the knowledge and skills of young people with disabilities in line with the requirements of the modern labour market, helping them to unlock their personal and professional potential.
Based on the principles of social justice and equality, "TAP" creates an inclusive environment for participants, accelerates their integration into society, and supports their active participation in the labour market.

Within the "TAP" framework, mentoring and coaching support is provided to help unlock the potential of young people with disabilities. How should the application be completed?

- Selection criteria: Candidates should be motivated, show interest in personal development, and be able to participate in both online and in-person trainings and meetings.
