The experience of Azerbaijan's call center in the social sector is being explored in Moldova

Azerbaijan's experience in providing services to citizens through a call center in the social sector is being explored in Moldova. For this purpose, a meeting was held with the participation of representatives from Moldova's National Social Insurance Fund, the DOST Agency, and the DOST Call Center 142. The online meeting featured the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, Azer Aliyev; the Director of the DOST Call Center 142, Bakhtiyar Mammadov; the Head of the Legal Department of the DOST Agency, Azer Rahimov; the Chief Specialist of the Service Organization and Improvement Department of the DOST Call Center 142, Azer Suleymanov; and representatives from Moldova's National Social Insurance Fund, Natalia Smundeac and Cristina Rosca.

The meeting included a presentation prepared in response to the questions previously raised by the Moldovan side regarding the organization of the Call Center and the study of the DOST experience.

During the meeting, there was an exchange of ideas between the parties, and questions related to the topic were addressed.
