The delegation, led by Naida Nisić, the Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Dialogue of Montenegro, who is visiting our country to participate in the COP29 event in Baku, has visited the Baku DOST Center 4.
The guests were first introduced to the services provided at the DOST center. During the meeting with the delegation, Vüsal Nəsirli, the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, informed them about the social reforms carried out in our country in recent years, the successes achieved, the DOST concept, and the digital achievements in the social sector.
Later, Farid Mammadov, the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, gave a presentation. He highlighted that 160 social services are provided through a “one-stop-shop” system at DOST centers, ensuring transparency, operational efficiency, and citizen satisfaction. It was emphasized that citizen satisfaction with these services stands at 98.4%. The innovative advantages and achievements of the DOST model were discussed, noting that this concept is among the world’s leading practices and has garnered international success. The meeting also featured a presentation by the DOST Digital Innovations Center on the electronicization of services, increasing accessibility, and the organization and expansion of proactive services.
The delegation also discussed future cooperation prospects, exchanging views on bilateral issues of mutual interest.
