The DOST Agency has been represented at an international event

A delegation consisting of employees from the DOST Agency and the DOST Digital Innovations Center participated in a seminar held in Istanbul, Turkey. The seminar, which took place on November 21-22, focused on "Service Delivery in Europe and Technological Innovations." The DOST Agency was represented by Natig Gachayev, Deputy Director of the DOST Services Department. The event was organized by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) and the Turkish Social Security Institution.

During the seminar, speakers invited from various countries presented information on positive experiences regarding the automation of social protection services and proactive service delivery.

The seminar also included meetings with representatives from organizations of different countries, where prospects for mutual cooperation were discussed.
