Representatives of the World Bank have visited the DOST Agency

A meeting was held at the DOST Agency with a delegation from the World Bank.

The guests first visited the Baku DOST Center 1, where they got acquainted with the services provided to the public. They were informed about the activities and operational principles of the DOST centers.

Later, during the meeting, Seymur Aliyev, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, provided the delegation with detailed information about the DOST concept. It was mentioned that over 3.4 million citizens had been served at DOST centers in the past period, and the citizen satisfaction rate from these services was 98.5%.

During the event, a presentation on the DOST concept was displayed. The presentation highlighted that the DOST concept is among the world’s best practices and emphasized its international successes.

The meeting also included discussions on the prospects for cooperation between the organizations, and an exchange of views on bilateral topics of mutual interest.
