A new deputy has been appointed to the Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency. This was announced by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Anar Aliyev, who signed the relevant order. According to the order, Ilkin Zabil oglu Mammadov has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Sustainable and Operational Social Protection (DOST) Agency.

It should be noted that Ilkin Mammadov began his professional career in 2008. Until 2016, he worked in several private companies, and until 2021, he worked at the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication. Later, he held various managerial positions in the field of finance at the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution under the Ministry of Economy.

Since 2021, Ilkin Mammadov has been working at the DOST Agency, and prior to his new appointment, he served as the Head of the "Finance and Budget" Department, Head of the "Accounting" Department, Deputy Director of the "Finance and Accounting" Department, and Director of the same department.

Ilkin Mammadov holds several local and international certifications in the field of finance. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Managers UK (ICFM) and is also pursuing a PhD in "Internal Fiscal Policy and Public Finance" at the Economic Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Economy.
