The Turkish delegation visited the DOST Center and familiarized themselves with rehabilitation and social service institutions

The delegation, led by Sevim Sayım Madak, the Deputy Minister of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Turkey, who is on a visit to our country, visited the DOST Center 5.

Guests were introduced to the services provided to the public at the center, as well as the activities of the Medical-Social Expert Commission operating there. Presentations on the DOST Concept and digital services in the social sector were also given.

The delegation also got acquainted with the Prosthetic-Orthopedic Production Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and the Baku Rehabilitation Center.

Information was provided to the guests about the rehabilitation system in our country, which has been organized according to modern requirements in recent years, the rehabilitation services and tools for people with disabilities, as well as the work being done in the field of providing high-tech, cutting-edge prosthetics.

The guests also visited the Vocational-Employment Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities and the Social Service Institution for Persons with Disabilities under 18.
