Azerbaijan’s DOST model attracts interest from Croatia

DOST Chairman Meets with Zagreb City Official at the 33rd European Social Conference

As part of the 33rd European Social Conference, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, Farid Mammadov, met with Lora Vidović, Head of the Zagreb City Department for Social Protection, Health, Veterans, and Persons with Disabilities.

During the meeting, Farid Mammadov provided information about recent social reforms in Azerbaijan and the DOST concept. He noted that DOST centers currently offer 161 types of services across various social sectors through a single-window approach.

Lora Vidović emphasized the importance they place on learning from Azerbaijan’s DOST model, particularly in terms of providing social services through a unified and automated platform.

The meeting also covered prospects for future cooperation, with an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
