Between January and October of the current year, the “Volunteer DOST” program received 40,000 applications, and 1,300 individuals were involved in the program.

The program, which plays an important role in expanding the volunteer movement in Azerbaijan, operates several subprograms such as “Young DOST,” “Silver DOST” (for seniors), “Remote DOST,” “Corporate DOST,” “Inclusive DOST,” “DigiDOST,” and “TeleDOST.”

Volunteers assist at DOST centers in welcoming citizens, directing them to service windows, managing service flow and queues, providing information, supporting the use of e-systems, and more.

They contribute to ensuring that state social services are delivered through the “single window” model based on the principle of citizen satisfaction.

The program supports participants in gaining experience in citizen service, developing business skills, contributing to personal development, and taking their first successful steps in their career paths.
