The 4 millionth citizen has been served in the DOST centers

The number of citizens served at DOST centers has reached 4 million. The 4 millionth citizen, Firuz Novruzov, a resident of Khazar District in Baku, received services at Baku DOST Center No. 2 according to his request.

Seymur Aliyev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population, met with Firuz Novruzov and congratulated him on being the 4 millionth citizen to receive services.

It was noted that the DOST Agency was established in May 2019 by the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev. Since then, seven DOST centers have been opened, along with the “Smart DOST” service point in Ağalı village of Zangilan, the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli.

The DOST concept, initiated by First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, allows 160 social services to be provided on a “one-stop-shop” principle in an efficient, transparent, modern, and innovative manner.

Information was provided on the services offered at DOST centers, emphasizing that citizen satisfaction with these services is 98.6%.

Firuz Novruzov expressed his satisfaction with the prompt response to his request at the DOST center, as well as with the services provided.
