From January to November, 811,000 Citizens Were Provided with Services at DOST Centers

From January to November 2025, 811,000 citizens were provided with services at DOST Centers.

Since May 2019, seven DOST Centers, a “Smart DOST” service point in Ağalı village of Zangilan, a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha, and DOST points in Kəlbəcər and Füzuli have been opened in the country.

Based on the internationally acclaimed DOST concept, state social services are provided through a “single-window” approach with modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, tailored to citizens’ satisfaction.

Citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.7%.
