
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population has launched the AI-based digital assistant service “I-Dost” on the e-Social portal to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
Through the “I-Dost” section located on the main page of the platform, citizens can access the relevant e-services directly or obtain detailed information about them without searching through the site menu, simply by typing their requests. For example, queries such as “I want to check my pension” or “I need to get an electronic certificate” allow the AI to direct the user to the appropriate service within seconds.
“I-Dost” is capable of promptly answering citizens’ questions related to pension provision, social payments, disability, obtaining certificates, and other social services. Users can freely write their questions and receive the necessary information along with service links.
One of the system’s key advantages is the interactive mechanism with citizens. A special evaluation function has been created to improve the quality of AI-generated responses. Users can rate the answers with stars and also share their feedback and suggestions, contributing to further improvement of the system.
