The Sustainable and Operative Social Provision (DOST) Agency, operating under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, has been awarded ISO certifications in three areas.
The Agency has successfully completed all stages of certification for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 10002:2018 (Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Handling Management), conducted by the UK-based certification body “GCL International”, as well as ISO 37001:2025 (Anti-Bribery Management System), conducted by the Turkish certification body “MSC”.
Employees from various structural divisions of the Agency were involved in the preparation and implementation of the processes and standards. The standards have been implemented at the Agency as an Integrated Management System. During the audits conducted in the specified areas, no non-conformities were identified in the Agency’s activities, which resulted in the awarding of international certificates.
“GCL International” is an international organization specializing in the audit and certification of management systems, and the certificates it issues are accredited by the United Kingdom’s official accreditation body, “UKAS”.
The ISO certificates are valid until the end of 2028. The implementation of these standards will contribute to further improving the operations of the DOST Agency and “DOST” centers, as well as enhancing the quality of services provided.
It should be noted that in 2022, the DOST Agency was awarded ISO certificates in four areas by the certification body LRQA.
