“DOST Call Center 142” has been awarded ISO certifications in four areas

“DOST Call Center 142” has been awarded ISO certifications in four areas. The Center has successfully completed the establishment and implementation of management systems in compliance with international standards ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 10002:2018 (Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Handling), certified by the UK-based certification body GCL International, as well as ISO 18295-2:2017 (Management System for Customer Contact Centers) and ISO 37001:2025 (Anti-Bribery Management System), certified by the Turkish certification body MSC.

Since the commencement of its operations, the Call Center has consistently carried out activities aimed at establishing quality management, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing complaints, managing customer contact center operations, and implementing anti-bribery management systems in line with international standards. Employees of the institution’s relevant structural divisions were involved in the process, necessary training sessions were conducted, and internal procedures and processes were reviewed and aligned with international requirements.

The implementation of these standards will contribute to improving service quality at “DOST Call Center 142”, enhancing management processes, and increasing transparency and citizen satisfaction.
