GəncTALKS 2026: Inspiring stories and limitless opportunities!

On the occasion of Azerbaijan Youth Day, the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center implemented a motivational platform for young people with disabilities titled “GəncTALKS.”

The event, held on February 4 at the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center, aimed to promote the full and equal integration of young people with disabilities into society, strengthen their social skills, enhance self-confidence and motivation, and unlock their potential.

Organized in the international “TEDx” format, the event featured individuals with disabilities who have achieved success in various fields. By sharing their life and success stories, they inspired young participants, instilling confidence and offering new perspectives. In addition, musical performances by talented young people contributed to the vibrant and uplifting atmosphere of the event.

It should be noted that the Youth Foundation organized a series of large-scale events dedicated to Azerbaijan Youth Day, including the “GəncLAND” Youth Festival, the country’s largest individual intellectual competition “GəncİNTELLEKT,” the “GəncVİZYON” Ideathon, and the “GəncTALKS” Motivation Platform. This series of events aims to increase youth social engagement, promote creativity and innovative thinking, and ensure the effective organization of young people’s leisure time.
