
In January of this year, 86,000 citizens received services at DOST centers. The satisfaction rate with DOST services amounted to 99.4%.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been established across the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha and Tartar, as well as DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli.
Based on the DOST concept, which has received high international recognition, public social services are provided through a “single-window” system using modern, efficient, and transparent mechanisms focused on ensuring citizen satisfaction.
