
The average time to provide services at DOST centers has decreased to 7 minutes 29 seconds.
Meanwhile, the average waiting time in queues has halved, now standing at 2 minutes 3 seconds.
One of the key factors contributing to citizen satisfaction at DOST centers is the efficiency and speed of service delivery.
Compared to 2019, when the first DOST center began operating:
The average time to provide services to citizens decreased by 23%, from 9 minutes 39 seconds to 7 minutes 25 seconds.
The average waiting time in queues dropped by 50%, from 4 minutes 14 seconds to 2 minutes 3 seconds.
To date, 7 DOST centers, 2 DOST branches, 2 DOST service points, and a “Smart DOST” service point have been opened across Baku and other regions.
Over this period, more than 4.2 million citizens have benefited from DOST services, with a satisfaction rate of 98.8%.
