New deputy chairs appointed to the Board of DOST Agency

By orders of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population, Elnur Qarakhanoğlu Aliyev and Arif Alimoglu Atakhanli have been appointed as Deputy Chairs of the Board of DOST Agency under the Ministry.

Elnur Aliyev was born in 1979. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Law from Baku State University. He has previously worked in the private sector and in the tax field. Since 2018, he has served in various positions at the State Employment Agency under the Ministry, including most recently as Head of the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Branch of the Agency.

Arif Atakhanli was born in 1990. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Economics from Sumgait State University. He has professional experience in the private sector, the State Border Service, and, since 2021, at DOST Agency, serving in various positions, most recently as Head of a Department at the Agency.
