The Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency held its next meeting.
The establishment of new DOST centers, branches, and service points remains a key priority this year, and further steps will be taken to expand the DOST service network across the country.
This was reported at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the DOST Agency. The Chairman of the Board, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev, emphasized that, based on the instructions of President Ilham Aliyev, the DOST model—one of the major achievements of recent social reforms—ensures that state social services are provided through a “single window,” using innovative approaches in an efficient and fully transparent manner. The DOST concept, initiated by First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva, has been recognized with prestigious awards by international organizations, and today many countries show great interest in the DOST experience.
It was noted that since 2019, 7 DOST Centers, 2 DOST branches, a “Smart DOST” service point, and 2 DOST service points have been opened in Baku and other regions. To ensure that residents relocated to our liberated territories can also benefit from DOST services, the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, a “Smart DOST” point in Zangilan, DOST branches in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli have been established.
It was highlighted that DOST centers have served 4.2 million citizens to date, with a satisfaction rate of 98.8 percent. Currently, projects and construction works are ongoing to establish DOST centers in Nakhchivan, Guba, Sabirabad, Sumgait, Ganja, and Masalli, as well as DOST branches in several other regions.
Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency, provided information on the Agency’s and its subordinate institutions’ activities over the past year and strategic goals for 2026. The meeting discussed the work carried out in the field of DOST services and the objectives ahead.
