Chairperson of the Board of DOST Agency Farid Mammadov spoke at the closing session of the ISSA Technical Commissions’ 20th Forum

Farid Mammadov, Chairperson of the Board of DOST Agency, addressed the closing session of the 20th Forum of the Technical Commissions of the International Social Security Association (ISSA / BSTA). The forum was held online, and as Chair of the Technical Commission on Social Security Policy Analysis and Research, he presented the activity plan for 2026–2028.

Mammadov emphasized that the Commission has identified the development of research and innovation capacities, the promotion of a life-course approach to social security, and the strengthening of collaboration within ISSA as its key priorities. 

At the conclusion of his speech, he highlighted the important role of international cooperation and knowledge-sharing in ensuring the sustainable development of social security systems.
