Minister Anar Aliyev met with the winners of the “Yüksəliş” competition

Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Anar Aliyev met at the Ministry with Nicat Gocayev and Eyyub Fataliyev, winners of the fourth “Yüksəliş” competition who successfully completed the Mentorship Program, as well as Irshad Asgerkhanli and Goshgar Dashdiyev, winners of the fifth “Yüksəliş” competition who will be involved in the Mentorship Program over the next year. 

The Minister emphasized the important role of the “Yüksəliş” competition in identifying and supporting promising leaders with high intellectual capacity and strong managerial qualities in the country, as well as in creating a кадровый (talent) bank. He noted that the Ministry has created the necessary conditions to enhance the knowledge and experience of the winners and highlighted the work carried out within the Mentorship Program.

Nicat Gocayev and Eyyub Fataliyev expressed their satisfaction with the conditions created by the Ministry to improve their knowledge and experience and the support provided for developing their potential. The meeting also covered the achievements they gained in implementing their Mentorship Program action plans and their future goals.

Anar Aliyev noted that relevant work under the Mentorship Program will continue to further develop the knowledge, experience, and skills of the fifth “Yüksəliş” competition winners, gave them recommendations, and wished them success in their future activities.

The Minister presented letters of recommendation to the winners who successfully completed the Mentorship Program. 

The “Yüksəliş” competition was established by a decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev on July 26, 2019. The winners receive a one-year individual development plan from mentors and a monetary award of 20,000 manats for self-development.

A corresponding decree on holding the sixth “Yüksəliş” competition was signed by President Ilham Aliyev on December 10, 2025.
