335 thousand citizens served at DOST centers in January-April

Social indicators for the first 4 months

During January-April of this year, 335 thousand citizens were served at DOST centers. The citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services reached 99.2 percent.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been launched across the country, along with the “Smart DOST” service point in Aghali village of Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli.

Based on the DOST concept, which has received high international recognition, 162 public social services are delivered through a “one-stop shop” model using modern, efficient and transparent mechanisms focused on citizen satisfaction.
