
The international forum titled “SocGov2026: Digital Analytics for Smart Governance” is scheduled to take place this October in the city of Khankendi.
Organized by the DOST Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, the upcoming event is intended to serve as an international platform for discussion and cooperation in the fields of social governance, digital transformation and innovative solutions. The objective of the forum is to strengthen global cooperation and the exchange of experience in the social sphere, promote innovative technological solutions and contribute to the strengthening of inclusive values.
The event will feature discussions on topics such as digital analytics, artificial intelligence, ethical governance, and data-driven decision-making.
The forum is expected to bring together representatives of various countries, international organizations, stakeholders operating in the field of innovation and technology, as well as experts and researchers.
Within the framework of the event, a competition will be held in the following categories: “AI-Driven Digital Solutions in the Social Sector”, “Social Volunteering and Civic Initiatives”, “Scientific Contribution to Social Sector Development” and “Regional Social Initiative”. In addition, individual awards will be presented in the categories of “Young Social Innovator of the Year”, “Social Transformation Leader / Entrepreneur” and “Continuous Contribution to the Development of the Social Sector”.
The competition winners will be announced and awarded during the forum.

It should be noted that the first international forum held under the SocGov (Social Governance) brand took place last year in Baku, bringing together up to 450 individuals from nearly 20 countries and international organizations.
