Moldovan delegation visits the DOST 142 call center

The delegation of the National Social Insurance House of the Republic of Moldova, currently on an official visit to Azerbaijan, visited the DOST 142 Call Center LLC.

The guests toured the Call Center's operational departments and observed the work processes of the operators.

The delegation was provided with a comprehensive presentation on the Center's activities. Director of DOST 142 Call Center LLC, Bakhtiyar Mammadov, delivered information on the mechanisms for the prompt receipt and response to inquiries in the social sector, as well as the innovative solutions implemented to ensure citizen satisfaction.

The guests were also introduced to the Center's practices in service quality assurance, performance management, feedback systems, online chat services, and the management of other modern digital communication channels.

The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on issues of mutual interest.
